The Monopoli Trouser is the first HANSOME house trouser. A relaxed men's tailored trouser, made in Italy from a soft hopsack jersey cloth that combines the comfort and natural movement of jersey with the structure of traditional tailoring.
Designed to move between smart and casual dressing, the Monopoli is cut with a generous leg, two reverse pleats and a wide 8cm waistband. The HANSOME signature extended waistband wraps across the front and fastens with a tie, creating a distinctive alternative to the traditional tailored trouser.
The textured hopsack jersey gives the trouser softness and ease while retaining a refined tailored silhouette. Wear with a Henley or knitwear for relaxed everyday dressing, or with a shirt and jacket as a softer approach to formal tailoring.
Made in Italy in small quantities, each pair is front lined and cut with additional inlay cloth to allow for future alterations, extending the life of the garment.
