Our hats are designed for a structured, comfortable fit.

If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a closer fit, or the larger size for a more relaxed feel.

We recommend measuring your head for the most accurate fit. Measure around the middle of your forehead for accuracy.

Medium: 57 – 58cm

Large: 59 – 60cm

X-large: 60 - 62cm

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason it is not quite right, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• With all original packaging and tags (where applicable)

  
  

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to availability.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and meet the return conditions outlined above.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or you believe it has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@atelierhansome.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
